Kaya Weave Cotton Towel {Summer Blue Bird}
Pickup currently unavailable
A lovely new addition to the Kaya-weave cotton gauze towel collection, Summer Blue Bird.
This beautifully made towel features kaya-ori — a traditional open-weave fabric from Nara, originally used for mosquito nets since before the Nara period (710–794). Made from five layers of cotton kaya fabric, they become softer with use, are highly absorbent, and durable for long-term use.
Perfect for drying dishes, wiping tables, drying hands, and other everyday household tasks, they also make a thoughtful small gift or token of appreciation.
Measurements: Approximately 40cm x 30cm (37 x 38cm after wash) / 15.74" x 11.81"
Material: 100% Cotton
Made in Japan
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
*Wash thoroughly in cold or lukewarm water before first use to remove starch.
*Oxygen-based bleach can be used.

*Some shrinkage may occur after washing and drying.
Please Note
Due to the nature of the kaya-weave fabric, printed designs may occasionally appear slightly angled on the cloth.
