fog linen work Calendar Cloth 2027 {Japanese Kitchen}

Something we look forward to every year is the calendar kitchen cloth by fog linen work. This limited-edition piece is created by Tokyo-based fog linen work in collaboration with France-based artist Isabelle Boinot, a longtime Japanophile. We have previously collaborated with Isabelle on our own gift-wrap paper, and are delighted to introduce another of her charming designs.

Titled “Japanese Kitchen,” the design brings together everyday tools and foods found in Japanese kitchens, interpreted through Isabelle’s distinctive perspective. The familiar subjects feel both warm and approachable, yet somehow new and unexpected.

Digitally printed onto high-quality linen by fog linen work, this versatile cloth can be hung or framed on the wall as a calendar, or put to practical use in the kitchen. Beautiful as well as functional, it’s a much-loved item we look forward to seeing each year.
